Exigent Defense Warranty Policy

This policy applies exclusively to suppressors manufactured by Exigent Defense. For warranty and return information regarding other items purchased from our web store, please visit Refunds & Returns.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

We provide a conditional lifetime warranty on all our suppressors against manufacturing defects. At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace suppressors that meet these conditions.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable repair or replacement fee for warranty service. We are not responsible for any associated shipping, taxes, including but not limited to the $200 NFA transfer tax, or related costs.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover suppressors that:

  • Have been modified, abused, neglected, or misused in any way.
  • Suffer damage due to improper use, including but not limited to use with incompatible host weapons or ammunition.
  • Experience wear or damage outside the scope of normal, intended use.
  • Are damaged due to operator error or external causes not explicitly covered.
  • Use of DEAD AIR® KeyMo Adapters, muzzle devices, mounting systems, or similar KeyMo designed mounting systems regardless of manufacturer.

We do not accept liability for injuries, death, or damages caused by the improper use of our products or any excluded circumstances as listed above. This warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Complete the online warranty form HERE.
  2. Have the following ready to upload:
    • A photo of your government-issued ID.
    • A copy of your Form 3 or Form 4.

Important Notices:

  • Do not ship your suppressor to us without first completing the warranty form and receiving a confirmed RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Any suppressor shipped without an approved BATF form will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • When shipping your suppressor, include a printed copy of the completed RMA form.

Repair or Replacement Options

If your suppressor is deemed ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, you may qualify to purchase a replacement suppressor at 50% off the MSRP for the same or a similar model. For further details and eligibility requirements, please contact our Customer Service Department.
