ONLINE STORE PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

At Exigent Defense, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction with the products we sell. Any item purchased from our e-commerce site may be returned without questions provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in unused, new condition.

  • A copy of the receipt or the invoice number is provided.

We will replace, exchange, or refund the purchase price, less shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, shipping fees will not be charged. Restocking fees are not applied under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping fees may be calculated and applied to all orders. These fees will appear as a line item at checkout.

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Items are shipped using either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, depending on weight and package contents.

Return or Exchange Conditions

To return or exchange an item:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The item must be in unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and accompanying materials intact.

  • The item must be shipped back with proper insurance to cover potential shipping damage.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exigent reserves the right to charge a 25% processing and restocking fee. This fee may be issued as a non-cash credit, such as a gift card, coupon, or account credit, and is non-exchangeable for cash. This credit shall expire one calendar year from the date of issuance.
